I did not get an email confirming my order, emailed the shop separately twice, called 3 times and left voicemails, used their online chat, more than 24 hours of zero communication. On my fourth call, someone answered. Then a manager called me back to assure that they had my order and it was going to be delivered.
Ordering on line should not have been that stressful. Charge hit my bank right away, no other confirmation it was going to happen. Kind of annoying that I had to worry and got no answer for so long.
